This is applicable to Hyundai cars with less than 80,000 miles and no older than 8 years old (petrol/diesel), or 7 years old if electric, plug-in hybrid or hybrid.

High-voltage batteries in our fuel-cell electric, electric, hybrid, and plug-in hybrid cars are covered for 8 years, or up to 100,000 miles from new. If you purchased an approved used Hyundai with the listed powertrains, then you will be eligible for the remainder of the warranty (buy a 4-year-old car, you will have 4 years warranty remaining). For 48v Mild-Hybrid (MHEV) Hyundai's, you will receive the remaining balance of the 5 years, unlimited mileage battery warranty.
